DTI´s Enterprise Support Services Practice (ESS) builds and maintains the foundation that supports our clients´ information systems from the desktop to the server to the Internet. Through our network-focused core com- petencies, which include network design, implementation, and administration, we provide our clients a stable, reliable network. In addition, our expertise with desktops and desktop support keeps things running smoothly for our client´s end users. This means that our clients can focus more attention on their business processes and worry less about technology. We maintain relationships with several major hardware and software vendors and have certified expertise with their products. We pride ourselves on providing our clients with the best solutions to their technical issues, without regard to a specific vendor or technology. Our diversely skilled staff allows us to select the appropriate solution for the client's situation, tailor it to their needs, and deliver it on time and within budget guidelines.
